Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange your item(s), you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Unless item is incorrect or faulty, buyer pays return postage.

UK mainland delivery only.

Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

Recycling

We will either recycle it right away or hold on to it until we find a viable recycling solution for it.

When you having finished loving your Kata product, you can send it back to us through mail and we’ll recycle it for you. We ask that you add a manual note inside the package, indicating that the product is for recycling.

Please leave your email address on the note so we can send you a 15% discount code off your next Kata purchase to cover the cost of the postage and as a thank you.
